(1-d-1 Open Space Appraisal Approval), we can assist you in selecting the program that bests fits your use and assist with the application process and ongoing records.
Wildlife Management Exemption Application
With the 1-d-1 Open Space appraisal designation in place, we can assist you with applying to convert the agricultural use exemption to a wildlife management use with your property appraisal district.
Longterm Wildlife Planning and Management
After approval, we can assist and/ or train you in the longterm management and documentation of your property to ensure the continued exemption, benefit the wildlife, and most importantly ensure you and your family enjoy the property and its wildlife for years to come. Services we offer include animal census documentation, providing supplemental animal shelter, planting and providing supplemental food and water for wildlife, remove unwanted predators, installation of erosion control measures, and habitat contro and management.
Pond Stocking and Wildlife Stocking
As part of our wildlife management planning, or simply to enhance your property, we can assist in pond stocking and addition of native and/ or exotic game animals and wildlife.
